Tom and I would like to thank Caroline Rowland, from WFRV Channel 5 in Green Bay, WI for creating this video for our family. She did this all on her own so that we had a DVD to play when we speak to people about the life changing effects that a simple choice can make.
When I watched it for the first time, I just sat and cried. She did such a beautiful job and our family will treasure it forever.
