Top Dog Apparel
When Tom and I were sharing at Globe University in Appleton a young lady came up to us when we were finished and just hugged us and cried. Her name was Allison and through her tears she told us that her family owns Top Dog Apparel and that they wanted to help us. Tom and I told her how kind that was and just hugged her.
Today, her sister Nicole called and told me that she, her sister Allison and their mom, Lynn, wanted to give Sam's foundation $500.00!!! I could hardly speak. I stand amazed at the capacity of people's hearts.
Our family would like to thank Allison, Nicole, and Lynn for their hearts and for helping us keep families....together. We can never thank you enough for what you have done. <3

The Appleton Yacht Club
Our family spent most of our free time when our children were growing up at the Appleton Yacht Club. We loved being a part of a very affordable family oriented club and loved going in our old wooden boat up the river to Little Lake Butte Des Morts and many times going through the lock into Lake Winnebago. So many wonderful memories at the club and with their members.
After Sam went Home, the members collected money for our family to help with his funeral. We were so touched. And now....they are helping with carrying the blue wristbands. They are still honoring his life, the life they saw as he grew from a little smiley boy into a tall smiley young man.
So, thank you Jeanne Burren, the Club Steward and all the members at the Appleton Yacht Club. We are honored to have you come along side us in remembering Samuel through helping save lives.
We really love all of you.
Please visit their website and maybe come and be a part of a wonderful club! www.appletonyachtclub.com

Every 15 Minutes
Tom and I would like to thank Marne and Jaemi for their wonderful dedication in this amazing program that they run through the Peshtigo High School! They have students, parents, and professionals who all come together and put on a real life reinactment of a drunk driving accident. From the students who protray those who die, to the student who causes the accident and goes to jail and then to court, to the parents who receive the news that their child has passed away. It is truly a heart touching portrayal that these wonderful people put on to help save lives.
We would like to thank them for their donation to Sam's foundation and for giving us the priveldge of being a part of the day we shared with them.
If you would like to donate to this cause, please contact the Peshtigo High School for the way that you can help them save lives.
